 Non-Returnable Products:

Products that have been damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

 How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request:

If the request is due to a defect or damage, a photo of the product must be attached.

 Shipping Costs:

If the product is defective or the order was incorrect, the company will cover the shipping costs.

In other cases, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

 Refund Process:

The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return request is approved.
